Based on some of the enquiries reaching us this morning, we have noted a few of our users are experiencing known faults either with their mobile service.
Telstra have several notable outages which we’ve had people reach us this morning to ask about. One of the first things you can do if you have Internet access available to you to see if the fault has already been reported is to visit https://outages.telstra.com.au/#/ and select from Mobile and key in your suburb.
This page will tell you if there is an outage current that Telstra is aware of and will provide you details on resolution times if available.
