The problem

For 12 years, Emma and her partner persisted with an unreliable mobile broadband connection because they were told this was the only one they could get – despite their neighbours across the road having nbn® connections. Emma wanted to work from home instead of travelling into Brisbane every day, but her slow mobile broadband connection in her rural area did not allow this.

The solution
